Looking to perform a little due diligence on this particular branch. Possible afternoon schedule (12:30-7:30). I haven't been able to find any specific information through my own search. Wondering if anyone has any information on this branch or even some recent insights into the YBM chain itself?

YBM: they pay on time, and low.
For the double acronym YIA (I work right near that place, in a similar gig, smaller place), you'll be teaching the gifted and talented of Apgu and Seocho, kids who have done summer camps in the US or attend international school here in SK. The parents will expect a lot. I doubt YBM will break their normal rules and pay a lot--don't know those details.

I haven't seen their contract for a few years but there was a time it was the absolute worst in Korea. Deposits for housing, working Saturdays to make up for paid national holidays, low pay, tactics to isolate staff from other foreigners in Korea and the Korean staff, paying foreign staff to recruit replacements. Has their contract changed?

Not going to be great
If it's company owned you'll get paid on time but split shifts are a pain
If it's indie owned, better to find an indie hagwon that let's you do whatever you want for lessons
