Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but thought I'd give it a shot.
We're a family of four hoping to relocate to Jeju. We've had enough of apartment living and we're wondering if there are any houses to rent with gardens on the outskirts of Seogwipo and what kind of prices they go for. And if there are, what is the commute like into town?
Any info appreciated. |

There are tons of places to rent on the outskirts of town (p.s. the 'outskirts' of jeju means 5 minutes from downtown). You can find a house along the coast or up in the mountains for very cheap.. 3~500,000 a month. They usually will be very old korean style houses though. They aren't really building any 'new' houses on the island.. only 20 story apartment buildings. You will have no problem finding a cheap, big, house within a few minutes bus ride to the city. |
