Anyone have an idea where I'd be able to buy nice quality envelopes for a wedding in bulk?

I can't find them at any stationary store or really anywhere else.

Could someone please help me out if you know of a place?

Thanks

A print shop, of course.

Go to Itaewon via subway. Get out at Exit 1. Cross the street, You should now be in front of Olive Young. Cross the street again. Walk past IBK bank about 200 feet. There you will find a stationary shop.(I.m sorry, I forgot the name.) On the right side of the street.
Ask the shop owner to sell you some high quality bulk envelopes. His prices are pretty good. Ask for a discount. He does a lot of orders for military/teachers/ businesses etc.

Try to go in the early afternoon, sometimes he is not opened early.

I have used this store five times for high quality envelopes, cards, and business items. I hope this helps.

Try LINKOS in the COEX MALL

or OFFICE DEPOT in Sinchon.

Also, there are several "wedding" specific stationary stores scattered throughout Seoul and many smaller cities as well. Of course they sell the card and envelopes. But I suspect they would also sell a large amounts of envelopes as well.
Do you have a budget? If it's high, I would just go to a "wedding specific" stationary store. My Korean friends used these places to buy high quality envelopes for their wedding invitations.

I'm not sure why everyone is so concerned as to whether or not the stores they frequent are mobile or fixed in one location. There are many fine peddlers of merchandise, including stationery products who peddle their wares on the backs of trucks. Some even use carts pulled by bicycles.

In any case, I would think that peddlers who peddle stationery and even pedalers who peddle stationery would carry a fine selection and may have better prices than stationary stationers' stationery.

How exactly would you direct someone to find a peddler?
Wander the alleys, streets, subways, train stations, until you locate one of the hundreds of peddlers who happened to have high end wedding envelopes "that day" ? That doesn't seem to make sense as a plausible suggestion.

On a day basis I encounter peddlers with flashlights, gloves, raincoats, hats, sunglasses, files, chopsticks, radios, headphones, pillows, tissues, gum, mints, water, yogurt, socks, yoga mats, curtains, handbags, fans, snacks, phone covers, shampoo... but I haven't chanced upon someone with wedding envelopes per say. Do you sell them? If so, please list a meeting point. If not, why the anger?

Woosh!

Look, up in the sky!
It's a bird.
It's a plane.
It's the point, flying way over your head.

In urgent need of an envelope, Jack jumped on his bike to ride to a store only 1.6 km away. He pedaled for three hours at 16 kph, but he never got there. Why?

Jack rode a _________ bike to the __________ store, so he never arrived.

stationery

There is an entire neighborhood that has dozens of print shops that do in-house design, ordering, printing, stuffing, etc.

It's in central Seoul, east of Myeong-dong in the Euljiro neighborhood. Hit the backstreets behind any of the 2-ga, 3ga exits and you should find plenty of places. I had my wedding invites printed and stuffed there, no muss no fuss. Tons of options, high quality, the works.
