I think that for people who intend to go to Korea, for those newly arrived there or for those who are already there for a while but have not ventured much outside of the their own K-city / area that this book is an amazing tool to have.

The book: Weird and Wonderful Korea , Chris Backe (Author)

I have a copy and recommended it to a friend of ours who will be visiting Korea soon and who wants to do a road trip of sorts. He ordered it in kindle version and was very happy.

This book is chock full of interesting travel destinations, many of which are "off the beaten path".

Well done to the Author with this as it really does offer some great travel destinations in Korea!

Seriously, I think it is well worth checking out.

I don't trust anyone who says "chock full." Therefore I will not be reading the book.

No worries Dodge. You can tell Obama of your decision at your daily meeting with him. Laughing

I like Chris, and I liked his Blog, Chris in South Korea. He seems like one of those people who genuinely tries hard to find the good qualities in a country. That book seems interesting, and maybe some day I'll check it out, but at $9.99 for my Kindle, it's way behind the likes of George RR Martin and Rowling. Still, added to my wish list, and I do wish the guy the best of luck with his publishing. Seems like a really cool dude.
