Obviously usps should be funding the cost of an expedited passport, cbc and an expedited apostle service. If you could get the FBI to overnight ship you a new CBC I think you could get all of these things in 2 weeks ~ for $550.
I just looked it all up. Expedited passport is just 165 + 60 (expedited fee + overnight shipping $13 + overnight shipping there (~$250 total). Rush Apostille ~200 + overnight shipping (~$250 more). Oh and also there's the overnight cbc from the fbi
So around $550.
However, even if USPS did pay all of this, which they probably won't, it'd probably take them 6-8 weeks or so to pay. Such is the nature of giant bureaucracies. |

| Well I have even better news. The consulate has had my package. Since Wednesday. No clue why they told me they didn't. |
