When I change jobs (transfer my e-2) immigrration does not require a new medical but my new employer always requests one.
Why is this?
It just seems an inconvenience.

Either it is because the do not know any better. Some places do the same procedure for everyone. Or they really want to know if you are a dirty foreigner who does drugs. It can be a selling point, look are whores whoops are teachers are clean. |
