Hey, I'm trying to organize a surf trip to the East coast. If anyone knows the name of a beach to try for or the link to either of these city's facebook groups, I would appreciate it.

So back in June I went surfing on the east coast with adventure korea. The beach they took us to is called Jukdo beach, located in Ingu-ri in Yangyang county. The surf there wasn't spectacular, but definitely rideable, about knee high & mushy, crumbly. There were a couple sets with better shape, but yeah, not like California or anything. Dunno if you've got your own board, but there are at least two rental shops there that'll set you up if you need it.

As far as transportation, catch a bus to Yangyang terminal, and then hop a local bus to Ingu. Check out the link below as well.
