I forgot that I made those rice balls last night, so had a burrito. I guess I'll have them for lunch.

Oatmeal from Emart (big blue box in the cereal aisle) with greek yogurt and either cinnamon, maple syrup, or peanut butter in the mix. Add some freshly ground coffee and about 5 glasses of water to cure the hangover.

Otherwise, if I'm not very timely, a 5,000 won bowl of bibimbap from the restaurant downstairs at work.

Where can one buy Greek yoghurt? I bought something labelled as greek yoghurt in Emart but it really wasn't. It was sweet, set-yoghurt without any of the creaminess or tang of greek.

it's it very spicy?

The first time for me, it was. That was about 3 months ago! But now, honestly, I love it! You can easily get used to it. It's really not a strong spicy taste like some curries or jalapeno.

I've seen some in Seoul (just today actually) at Highstreet market.

Yesterday I found this site that also has some. Haven't tried it yet but I'll be ordering soon.
