Quote from EPIK's website: "Applicants who apply directly through us will have their applications processed quickly and be granted an interview faster than those who applied through other venues."

Yet recruiters and some threads on this forum will state that it is better to solidify a position through a recruiter and throw around the term "EPIK certified/verified recruiter."

I am a first time applicant with no formal teaching experience. I will be a level 2 applicant (working on a 160 hour online TEFL and 20 hour in class TEFL).

Should I apply directly or go through a recruiter (ie: Korvia, Canadian Connections, etc)?
