How does one go about getting approval to put advertisements in apartment buildings? I know there is some small fee to pay, and also a "stamp" to get put on the ad itself (so that the security ajoshi/cleaning ajumma doesn't just rip it down/trash it...).
Any advice would be appreciated.... |

Oh, you are advertising for students? The small fee as you put it is roughly 50,000. For that money, I'm not sure how long your flyer stays up. Maybe a couple weeks? Maybe some other posters have some more precise information. (I'm interested in knowing myself.) Sometimes paying to put up a flyer will yield no leads; sometimes you might get a student or two. Average time to keep a student is roughly six months. It's getting harder to get students through apartment advertising lately I heard. (Not entirely sure why.) |

In most officetels the security office will do it for you.
In most high-rise complexes you go to the admin office.

What are you trying to sell? Are you considering selling your body as a male dancer?
Dont do it, you're more than a piece of meat! |

We did this a couple years ago in apartment complexes. The prices ranged from 20,000 to 40,000 and the length of time from 1 to 2 weeks. |

The price has gone up since then (inflation) but it actually varies depending on how poor or rich the apartment complex is. (Poor ones charge less as they are more desperate for money.) |
