|
|
I signed a 2 year contract back in September 2012, and returned home this August thinking that I would be returning to Korea for another year. Things changed and I will be staying in the U.S.
I have my Korean phone (SK) with me and want to transfer the contract to someone in Korea (or going to Korea) without actually returning to Korea myself. Can this be done?
Thanks for the help. |

Did you retain a photocopy of your ARC before you turned it in at the immigration? If you did, your successor in contract can easily get the paperwork done by himself. It might be necessary for you to be reachable by phone to prove your identity, but no complication other than that.

Yup, my old employer still has a copy that shouldn't be hard to get a hold off. Thanks for your help - I guess I'll just throw it on here/Craigslist and hope someone picks it up. |
