I just did a wire from KEB to my Brokerage account.

KEB charged 15,500 on the way out and my brokerage charged $20 USD on the way in. Are there any ways to make these fees lower? How are Vanguards fees for incoming wires?

KEB charges less if you do the transfer online.

The $20 fee may not be your brokerage -- there is a middleman that eats $20 per transfer. My bank has no fee for incoming wires but I still get hit for the $20.

I'm told Citibank to Citibank transfers are cheaper but I'm not speaking from personal experience.
