| I have a D10 but no bank account or ARC yet. Just wondering the order I need to get them. |

| You can open one with just your passport. I know that both IBK and KB banks allow you to do this. |

Fill out paperwork for ARC immediately. It will take 2-3 weeks for them to actually process it.
Then, in the meantime, get a bank account with your passport. If one bank says no, just go to another one.
For convenience pick a bank that's close to you/easy to get to, either by where you work or where you live.
And all banks are more or less the same (they're all shitty). I went with KB. And I opened an account with just my passport at the time. |
