does anyone have a joint bank account which shows both names on it, from a Korean bank? I know both parties need dojangs. We applied at Woori Bank, but it can only be listed under one person's name and accessedby two people with dojangs.

I was told they're not really the same as a joint account back home.

Many would love to have a bank account to keep their joints in back home.
Cool

That dry, dirty banking environment would ruin your stash, mayne.

Don't do it dude. Put the salary in your account, and give her a cash allowance.

Thanks Neilio.

I know about the nature of those accounts and their limitations. The bank we went to, Woori, wont list both names. It will just be under one person's name and the other person will be listed as "외일인". You can have three or four people on the account using this nomenclature.

I was just wondering if this was standard; or if anyone has both names listed on the account - we need to proof that we share finances for visa purposes.
