| Do all korean women become Ajumma's once they reach a certain age? Korean women are beautiful but it seems once they reach a said age they transform on a dime in to an evil ajumma bent on getting that last 50% off kimchi sauce mix. |

| Technically a woman becomes an ajumma when she gets married. So she could be 19, or 40, years-old, and if married, she's an ajumma. |

And it's not just the women either. It still startles me being referred to as an 아저씨, but it happens. |

They may be some of the worst dressed, but they are some of the most physically able and in good health. Those masks and visors are indicative of an active, healthy, outdoor lifestyle.
Making fun of a bunch of middle-aged to elderly folks who go hiking every weekend and walking everyday. Great perspective there. |

Man there are some MILFS in Japan. When I was a high school student I lived with a Japanese family and their mom was a MILF. She used to flirt with me left and right and she damn well knew I was checking her out constantly. Damn she looked good and she was in her 40's. Korea? By the time they hit 40 they already look 60. It's disgusting. Go to Japan one of these days. Their older women look so much better than the nasty looking perm and purple pants wearing, upside down faced old bags here. Much have something to do with Korea's Sparkling culture that makes the women age exponentially and look so ugly. |

One day you're going to get old and piss yourself occasionally. Either the person who married you will have your mentality and leave you behind or they'll stay by you. Will you do the same for them?

The bulk of the current crop of ajumma's have also lived in poverty, and back breaking labor, for most of their youth. I'm willing to bet a few doughnuts that the current crop of 20 year-olds will become a lot more milfy... |

I actually agree with this.
Here is Jeanette Lee. A Korean American professional billiards player. DAMN. She's 42. I've NEVER seen a woman look that good in Korea at her age.
Actually, American has some MILFS of Korean descent right now. There's just something about their upbringing (like what you described) that turned them into bitter old hags today. I'm also buying that this generation is going to look a lot better when they get older.

They may not look the best, but if I was 65 years old, I'd rather have some permed ajumma who can go hiking and is relatively good health and is physically active than push all my chips onto the 10% chance that I'd get some MILF when the other 90% will look like most 65 year olds AND be so out of shape as to reject physical activity.
Also, looking for hotness in your spouse at 65 is just a juvenile outlook. |
