For the apostille on the FBI check... yes.

| I got my congressional rep's office to contact the FBI. there was no word. While the FBI's still up-and-running, "non-essential" staff have been furloughed. My guess is that it includes whomever processes these things. YAAARRRGH |

I have to disagree. Obama loves seeing people drop out of the workforce because it makes the unemployment numbers look better for him.
One less person on the welfare/unemployment rolls doesn't hurt either. |
