Hi, does anyone know how to get a US degree notarized while you are in Korea?

You can try to get it notarized at your embassy in Korea. If that fails, then have your registrar send a degree replacement notarized by the registrar at your school. That should take no more than a week if you pay for them to send it by FEDEX, which is advisable.
