Aside from the Grand Hyatt (too expensive for anything but a special occasion), are there any Western breakfast/brunch buffet options in Itaewon? At or around 20,000 won? I scoured the Internet but could find none.

I used to really enjoy the crepe buffet at La Cigale Montmartre (on the first floor in the same building as Hollywood's, just past Reilly's), but that restaurant is gone. Sad

For 20,000? Not for that lowball price. Im at regular at one of the luxury Hotel buffets here in Seoul. For 20k maybe you can get a few shrimp nubs and a leftover packet of butter or two. Laughing

There are some great breakfast buffets here in Korea, but 20k wont get you in the door.

I don't know about a buffet, but The Wolfhound has a decent breakfast plate. I hear that "All-American Diner" place has breakfast as well but I haven't ever eaten there.

I heard from someone that the All-American Diner had closed as well. Not sure, but someone who goes to Itaewon frequently will be able to verify that information, if it is correct or not.

All American Diner has actually moved. Its new location is on the same side of the road as RMT(Rocky Mountain Tavern) but a few buildings over. It's across the street from Hana Bank now.
As for the buffets, no. I'd say most of the restaurants, be it in Itaewon or Gangnam, do brunch specials but no buffets.
Butterfingers in Gangnam has a great all day breakfast ext 10, Tartine's brunch and Suji's brunches in Itaewon are also very good.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, but I'm quite familiar with all the places you mentioned, and none of them are buffets. I'm looking for something like the crepe buffet La Cigale Montmartre had before they closed. Am I out of luck?

The Hamilton Hotel has a breakfast buffet, not bad, but not good. (processed slice cheese?!!) If you have a friend that can sign you into Yongsan, the Dragon Hill's GREENSTREET REST. is excellent!!

For crepes, go on over to UN DEUX TROIS and suggest to Pascal that they have a breakfast buffet.

LOL @ someone name dropping the Hamilton Hotel. You know you're broke when you're going to the Hamilton Hotel for a breakfast buffet.

Guy probably thinks Olive Garden is fine Italian too. Laughing

She's not much of a breakfast person. I usually take VIP clients to the local buffet in one of Seoul's finest hotels to start off the day. All paid for by my company of course.

Thanks. I was wondering where it had moved to.
