I don't understand the Korean mentality. All summer I was ridiculed for using my A/C belong 28C because of the energy shortage (I had it set on 23C because unlike others, I enjoy sleeping and not in a constant sweat).

So you'd think this would transition to saving energy for heating. Nope, went on the bus and a in coffee shop and wanted to fall asleep they made it so miserably hot in there. I guess heating units does use energy like an A/C.

/end yearly rant

Maybe you need new friends that won't ridicule you for using AC.

Like my maestro says: why do you insist on understanding everything! Why can't you just 'play' music?

OP: So, you can't understand. So what! Take it as it is, and just live.

I tell my maestro: I have to know what I'm practicing for.
Maestro 가라사데: after repeated practice, you'll see your technical deficiency yourself. That's better than me tell you what's wrong with your playing.

me to maestro: what if I don't see?
maestro: you'll see when you are ready to see.

That's the problem with zen, there's answer for EVERYTHING but answers NOTHING. Laughing

A fair point.

My bus this morning was WAY too hot. All the passengers had big coats because of the cold, and therefore uncomfortable in the heat (the driver was in his shirt). Turn down the heat bus drivers!
