"Both are okay but forgotten is better" is acceptable grammar?

I've never heard that one before. What does it mean?

O brilliant me, I later realized it isn't a proverb. But if it was written as

Both are OK but "forgotten" is better.

Then I would have understood right away that it's just saying the word "forgotten" is better to use than another word in some context.

i forgot/had forgotten about the hyphen all together Very Happy
