I don't care for makeup/hair as much as I do a girl that doesn't outweigh me by 100 pounds. Which is the case for most foreign women in Korea. Hard not to choose my smoking hot Korean girl when every Western girl I see here is a heffer. |
Amen brother! |

So what? Who cares..except you....if someone wants a shaved head!
Oh gesh...look at that foreigner..he has a full head of hair and is skinny!
Why can't people just accept others as they are without trying to be negative! it their not serious crap going on in the world without worrying about some dude wearing a beard and has a shaved head?! |
Gotcha, you are one of those balding/shaved head bearded dudes running around that takes issue with being one of those balding/shaved head bearded dudes that other people notice. |
Actually, hellofaniceguy is right. If busybodies such as yourself started being worthwhile human beings, you wouldn't be so petty and outer-directed.
Think about it, Albert. |

Aha, you too. I'll take that into consideration. It doesn't change the fact there are a bunch of dudes like you guys sporting this look. What's with it? |

I have a full head of hair and currently sans facial hair and i havent noticed an over abundance of the guys you have mentioned. At least no more than back home.
Its a pretty common look for bald dudes to grow some facial hair so as to break things up a bit maybe. Ill be bald one day i imagine. I might try out that look. Are there more baldies in the expat ranks than back home? Maybe? Why are you thinking about these things? Why am i thinking about it? Strange days. |

| I often used to sport a full beard when I had a full head of hair, but I think the Howie Mandel and Plax Burress goatees work better on me now that I'm bald. I've never really understood the popularity of the full goatee that 95% of goatee wearers prefer. But to each our own. |

I prefer to paint my bald spot with a rainbow flag graffiti tag,
and sport a ' generous neck beard'.
I shave eyebrows to chin and grow out a thick throat scarf.
When it gets long enough
I braid it to my chest hair and create a children of the corn rows effect.
During the holidays I add a spectral array of LED strobes tied into
a photovoltaic yamaka
to throw down
like a rodeo clown.
Rock and roll. |

Being bald with a nicely cropped beard is a good look (Jason Statham, Brian McCann, Sean Connery, Bruce Willis or numerous other sports stars, esp. the 2013 Boston Red Sox). If you are naturally going bald that is!
OP, no need to cry about it! |

I can only comment on the beard aspect. In my previous job I had to shave everyday so I had never had a chance to grow a beard. So when I left that job I grew a beard....not a neck-beard though and I have a beard trimmer so I kept it clean.
When I came to Korea though I shaved off my beard completely as I felt that being a 6'2 white guy I stood out enough. On my ARC photo I still had a beard and when I used to show it to my students they didn't believe it was me and told me I looked like a scary burglar.
TL;DR I grew a beard cause I could. |

When I see a younger guy with a shaved head, I try to immediately imagine him with full hair. I feel sorry for him because of the hair-loss factor. I'm sure it's hard to lose your hair and still feel and look young otherwise.
Mustaches are hot. Beards can go either way. You have to manicure that shit, keep it clean.
Carry on dudes.

Yes, exactly! But more broadly what is with this look with Westerners in general.
It seems like all Americans are now large puffy individuals, with shaved heads, goatees, and tatoos. |

On another post where I had grouped people (Americans), you had a problem with it. But obviously it's okay when you group people (Americans). Hypocrisy. |

What does "a field with grass" mean?
Seriously...is it about the nether regions' hair situation? Because I thought most men preferred a partially cleared runway as opposed to a grassy field. |
