That wasn't so much of a fight as it was someone taking advantage of someone after they were already down. The dude on the ground looked like he was drunk as hell and out of it. There's no way to know what led up to all of that. My guess would be some angry Kyopo with a chip on his shoulder and no girlfriend going after someone half his weight.

Yes, well spotted. I was thinking exactly the same. Hope the cops caught up with him.

The guys filming and their hyena laugh doesn't reflect well on the expat community...

From the comments section:

What are you laughing about MORON...

It's unbelievable how cold and indifferent people can be...

Seriously, I wish less frat boy jocks would come to Korea. Please don't do or say anything to encourage those types of people to come.

I remember on New Year's Eve, a woman was kneeling on the ground, crying and punching a door, and a foreigner was filming it and laughing about it. I felt so disgusted. I should have walked up to him and told him what a POS he was (not like that will do anything to change him into a kind hearted person, but still). Next time that happens I will. At the time I was just glaring at him disapprovingly, but I wish I would have done something (even though he was a huge black guy (probably a soldier) much bigger than me).

Title is inaccurate. Should be changed to read "Koreans Sometimes Kick Injured People when They are Laying on the Ground"

Sadly everyone did the right thing in that video other than the attacker. Notice how many foreigners were just standing around and watching. There was a pretty big dude in that video that could suplex the attacker Zangief style if he wanted to. If they would have been involved to stop the attacker, you can bet they'd be thrown behind bars and/or deported in an instant. Sad the laws in this country do not favor good samaritans Korean OR foreigner.

The guy is obviously not kyopo.

Don't know what's worse: kicking a guy repeatedly when he's down and obviously finished, or the frat retards filming and laughing like it's hilarious.

Also, the girl seemed pretty indifferent to the whole thing, other than saying "Yah!" after every kick. Hope she was just an acquaintance and not a girlfriend.

And what would you suggest they do instead?

That's stone cold. Kicking a man when he's down is low. The second kick was even lower.
Good on the foreigners and Koreans who tried to split it up.

Brutal. The guy kicking him is scum, as are the people filming. No surprise to hear North American accents on those morons
