Mate.
There are some reeeeeeeeeeeeeal tough guys on here. Such as World Traveler, chomping at the bit, to stick their big white noses, into Korean business.
Of course, it's all keyboard hot air. |

SR, I get that you like to play devil's advocate. But your arguments of late have jumped the shark. I know there should be a counter voice, but yours is getting strained. |
Captain Corea, I am disappointed in you as of late. It seems that you are slowly but surely attempting to switch the camps and move away from our apologist camp ideology.
As for our camp's leader - I can assure you, he is more reasonable now than ever. Indeed, he is now more open to the least likely hypothetical scenario explanations. If a woman is being raped - do we stop it, or do we ignore it. One has to ponder about many questions during the moment of decision - has this woman done something to deserve it? Is it possible that she may have given birth to Hitler, thus causing Holocaust? Is she perhaps affiliated with Al-Qaeda? Could she be a pedophile serial killer? How do we know that she isn't?!
I for one support SR in his open minded interpretations of various scenarios. This is why SR and PatrickBusan will always be my role-models and why I shall never leave the apologist camp.
Join us and explore the endless possibilities!
PS.
Please send apologist camp applications to our senior recruiters/leaders, SR and PatrickBusan. |

Captain Corea is Beria to my Khruschev. He will be dealt with soon enough. No need to worry comrade, but your actions in service of The Interior Ministry are duly noted. The maskirovka has been removed. |

This sounds hella humorous even though I have no idea what it means... |

Sounds like the makings of a good spy novel. Maybe season 4 of Homeland. |

Why not ask the crowd that stepped in? Maybe you could talk some "sense" into them. After all, it makes more sense to just stand and watch the attack from a safe distance, while admonishing anyone else who may want to help.
I get that some people would never lift a finger to help anyone in trouble, but luckily not everyone is like that, as the video showed (forgetting the laughing frat-tards doing the filming).
It depends on the nature and severity of the attack also. But I think soccer kicks to the head of a near unconscious opponent is about the line where people should at least think about trying to stop the action somehow if it seems safe to do so. Seems the crowd thought so too. It's not about being 'tough' it's about having a little empathy for others in trouble. |

Sadly everyone did the right thing in that video other than the attacker. |
At best, those bystanders acted in their own self-interest. That you think this somehow equates to doing "the right thing" speaks volumes about your character. |

I have to agree with Steelrails on this one;
Gyopo or not, the guy on the ground did look guilty of something,
not saying he deserved getting kicked in the head.
He did appear to know why he was getting it though. |
I've gotta' agree with this. Even if the police were called, I'm willing to bet the guy on the ground would have taken off. Something happened between the two guys, and it ended up in a fight. People rarely go fighting random strangers. |
