Too bad your ad is really sexist by only asking for female teachers. Not all western men are creepy pedophiles. Some of us have worked with children for years with no issue and have stellar recommendations because some of us are just good with kids. I'm not applying for a job myself, but you may want to keep that in mind for future applicants going forward.

Oops, my mistake. I thought it was the recruiter posting on here and not you posting the recruiters ad. I always try to tell them off here and on facebook groups and shame these siccos when I can. Carry on.

Theres nothing wrong with a recruiter asking for only female applicants. You are not in your home country anymore. Its not illegal here. Stop whining about it or go home because some ESL scrub making 2.2 isnt going to stop recruiters any time soon.

True, but plenty of Korean directors want a harem of attractive western women working under them. "I would like to have couple clear color face and full length pictures, if you don't mind. the director will get a first impression by picture. so if you can offer several pictures to decide. then It will make director job easy." Given the resume is essentially a cover letter for the modeling portfolio they're demanding here, I don't think this is about fears of pedophilia.

Yeah, it's still sexist and why would any young western woman want some old creepy ajossi looking her up and down looking for an excuse to make a move. Any smart young lady would run away from these type of ads.

Ok, you accept it while the rest of us challenge it! I don't even need a job and I already have a decent one. But, I do so as a service to my fellow waygooks. Just because something isn't illegal, doesn't mean it's right or ethical.

I can guarantee you in all the times youve told off a recruited not once have they said "you know what? The guy has a point. To hell with business, this isnt the ethical thing to do!" And edited out all of the ads requesting female only applicants. Lmao @ you.

No doubt, but it has to start somewhere. I'm sure the first guy being told he had to sit at the back of the bus who complained wasn't listened to either. But, eventually, things began to change. So, you sit back and take a defeatest attitude while the rest of us speak up.

Youre comparing Joe teacher who cant get a job in his home country applying to Toss English to Rosa Parks?

Rosa Parks worked as a secretary and a seamstress in a factory before she refused to move seats on the bus, so would probably have also been categorised by you as a 'Beta' or some derogatory term for a woman had you been around at the time.
