I was going to post this even before this topic was created, just yesterday I was on my way to work at Gangnam and look what I witness, a white loser jogging in the middle of the fashionably well dressed crowd who are there to eat, hang out with friends or shopping, if a person has some common sense he/she wouldn't be jogging in that area, but we clearly can see his intentions there. I think these idiots think we Koreans are stupid and can fool us. And about this issue about these losers hanging out with Korean women about 90% of the times are ugly and mediocre at best, it's the kind of women you don't even imagine could have a guy, it's these kind of women they find attractive. Just the other day I was at the bus stop and I saw this white loser with a f*cking ugly Korean woman (she was so ugly I was surprised how the guy could even be with her) she didn't speak a single word in English, obviously they weren't an old couple, the way how sneaky these white trashes are they could be an 1 hour old couple or even 5 min old couple but who cares, she was ugly. And some time ago I was in front of a shopping mall and saw this white guy in his early 20s who was relatively above average looking and was with a ugly fat mid 40 Korean woman! I was surprised at the sight. And these among many others I witnessed. I don't understand much about biology but even in the bacteria world has this balance where some parasite could be of some use.

Too bad he didn't run into IPIC and his smoking hot girlfriend.

You know, I can totally see this post written on Dave's with the roles reversed.

So this site is basically Dave's but with Korean posters?

Oh you mean people here bash Koreans, but on Korean Sentry they bash non Koreans? I do think there is a greater diversity of viewpoints here.

True, but the posters with different viewpoints here get labeled as apologists, gyopos, newcomers, etc. Over on that Sentry site, they'd probably be labeled, white devil, black devil, or traitor? Same site, same themes, just whining about different people.

Most Dave's posters are middle aged (or older) men with Korean wives. So of course they want to defend Korea, as they are living there and have married into the culture (and have found a Korean soulmate). That is natural and to be expected.

Dave's has differing viewpoints. Sentry is just an angry Korean circle jerk.

And then some.
I haven't seen a bigger group of chicken hawks since the Republican National Convention. They all talk about the need for Korea to obtain nuclear weapons and be the strongest military in the world for the impending "East Asian war" yet they all live in other countries and never returned to the Fatherland for their military service. One of them said he renounced his Korean citizenship and he's one of the biggest loud mouths about war.
If anyone reads Koreabang then you are probably familiar with Chucky, who posts over there too. Shockingly, he is one of the more level headed ones.

They do kind of remind me of those stories you read about young men of Arab descent in America who feel like they don't fit in. So they try to reconnect with their roots and end up embracing radical Islam. Radical Islam gives them a sense of importance and purpose. Read the story behind the Boston Marathon bombings. The posters on Korean Sentry must feel pretty important since they have appointed themselves to be Korea's sentry and guard Korea against all the evil waygooks out there.

That is most likely innaccurate WT. Unless you have some facts to back up that statement, all it is is hot air on your part.

The second part of your statement is kind of odd. I mean why would someone marrying a Korean also "marry the culture" and if so what does that mean anyway?

You seem to reduce it to "they defend Korea" which is pretty off base in reality but which fits the ongoing Dave's narrative. Seriously most of the westerners married to Koreans I know did not "marry into the culture" nor do they "defend Korea". They do adapt to the culture (as their spouse does by the way, a fact that is never mentioned here) and learn to appreciate some parts of it and to dislike other parts. At some point, when you are married to a Korean you learn about K-culture and begin to understand it in a deeper way. This explains a lot of things and brings a different perspective on things.

To be fair, my roommate (Korean) posts there pretty actively as one of the bigger nut-jobs in the room, but he's straight trolling IPIC style. I do wonder how serious most of them are.

I agree. I understand Korean culture more being married into it, but that does not always mean I agree with it more. lol

Yeah, he's active on a few Japan related sites. Despite being a mental when discussing the Japanese or eslers he strikes me as someone who might be passing decent company over a pint or two.

To be fair the site only seems to have 6 or so regular posters and at least two are going be NETs doing a bit of trolling and the other being northway's mate, so the site should never in a million years be taken as representative of Korean/Gyopo opinion.

KS fans should also understand that Dave's is no way representative of eslers, it's 20 or so regular posters out of 20000 odd E2 holders.
