I think I was in a room with no cats at all once, some time in 1984.

Of course the highest number was 7 back in 2001, remember that year? When it was fashionable to be in a room with loads of cats. Good times, good times.

No, no, the most amount of cats you've never been in a room with.

Have you really been in a room with no cats? Are you sure?

There is always at least 1.2kg of cats in every room, but the maximum amount of cats possible is a mere 400kg, as proved by foreign scientists.

Are you on smack?

Go and use your teacher's day gifts, spend a few hours in the shower.

Are you on smack?

I was going to ask the same thing, but I was going to guess acid. Anyways, it's one of the funnier threads I've ever read. Yes, I have a strange sense of humor.

For years I used to regularly go the SPCA and spend some time with the cats, both in the males room and the females room. Usually there were more females, about 15-20 cats in a bedroom-sized area, roaming about on scratchposts, chairs and the like. But I spent more of my time giving attention and affection to the males, about 8-10 usually, because they didn't interact well with each other, unlike the females who'd sleep and play with each other.

I had two cats at home, as a self-described maximum, because otherwise I'd become like a cat lady, with too many to be able to care well for. I had often be tempted to get a third.

The most I've had at my place was when I was eight years old my favourite cat jumped up on my lap while I was watching television and she gave birth to four kittens right there on my lap. It was a special moment, a formative experience for me in many ways.

In Korea I've been around the least amount of cats, Crying or Very sad with zero in my room, though I go around the neighbourhood once a month late at night and do Operation Tuna.

(There's no such thing as too many cat threads in the land of the feline soju.)

welll - at my place I have tried to use some scientific formula's to work out each days averages....

Average "cats in room" according to different days

Monday - bathroom...... 3
kitchen.......... 7
living room..... 4
bedroom........ 2
dining room.... 6
classroom....... 0

Tuesday - bathroom...... 1
kitchen.......... 9
living room..... 4
bedroom........ 1
dining room.... 7
classroom....... 0

Wednesday - bathroom...... 5
kitchen.......... 7
living room..... 3
bedroom........ 2
dining room.... 5
classroom....... 0

Thursday - bathroom...... 5
kitchen.......... 1
living room..... 5
bedroom........ 3
dining room.... 5
classroom....... 0

Friday - bathroom...... 0
kitchen.......... 9
living room..... 4
bedroom........ 5
dining room.... 4
classroom....... 0

Saturday - bathroom...... 2
kitchen.......... 7
living room..... 5
bedroom........ 3
dining room.... 5
classroom....... 0

Sunday- bathroom...... 1
kitchen.......... 10
living room..... 4
bedroom........ 4
dining room.... 3
classroom....... 0

I haven't worked out - why there are different numbers of cats in different rooms on different days - but there always seems to be 22 cats in all the rooms - but i don't know what this has to do with cats having 7 lives - and I also don't know why cats are never in the classroom - but the mean average majority of them always seem to be in the kitchen...?

I agree, there seems to be more about cats recently -- is it ryleeys?
I'm a cat person though and think they are the funniest things on earth.
yo vanislander -- what's your story? did you give your cats away when you moved?
