To Moderator: Anyway you could create a section called Apartment hunting?

The apartment is located at Sigma II Officetel which is 5 minutes from Ori Station in Bundang.
It's 31 Pyeong (1103 Sq ft) in size. It is a large room with sliding frosted glass doors for the bedroom. Just behind the officetel is a small mountain which brings in fresh air as well as cool air during the summer.
