That Asian dude is alpha as hell. I like how they try to scare him then tell him to calm down. |

I guess they can do what they want in our country, but if you did that to a Korean in Korea, you'd be paying blood money, no?
you don't tug on superman's cape
You don't spit into the wind
You don't pull the mask off of old lone ranger
and you don't mess around with Kang |

Love it. Video of Asian guy in walmart becomes a critique on Korean society.

Quite possibly.
But...props to the guy for laying a bit of smack down and teaching a lesson at the same time. The kick was way too much, but other than that...
This is what most kids used to have to expect if they tried this crap on adults. I love how shocked the girl is: "OMG! Calm down!" As if she can't fathom how someone could actually get angry at being punked and filmed. |

Let's hope so!
Hey, I did a few things like that too as a kid, but I did NOT expect to be let off the hook for them if caught in the act. That's the difference nowadays: they feel they are above any type of reprimand, physical or otherwise, as can be seen in that girl's attitude in the video. |

Really? An adult physically threatening children over a harmless prank. This is a reasonable response to kids having a bit of harmless fun? This is your idea of an 'alpha' male? I hope none of your students ever jump out from behind a desk while you're walking by and yell 'boo'. You might have to go alpha on their ass. |

Shoving, bumping into strangers, disobeying pedestrian flow guidelines, cutting in line, obsession with consumerism and appearances, crazy unsafe traffic, no respect for others, etc.
That would NEVER happen back home. Those Koreans need to become civilized like us.
Americans at least need to stop with those line of complaints. It's just as much a part of our culture as it is Koreans. I mean Black Friday with all of its stupidity is a major cultural phenomenon, though I'm sure some basher will try and justify it. |

Black Friday is an anomaly of the retarded. One day a year. Try bumping, pushing people, and cutting in line (daily Korean behaviors) in the US and see how far you get. |

The reason this is and has been in the news is because like the guy above me said, it's an anomaly. An absolutely retarded and embarrassing anomoly.
I don't think any American would try to defend this and I find most Americans are pretty open and honest about the social problems there. |
