BC Card is offering free shipping to Korea for Amazon.com purchases made with its card for the next three months. |

Reading this, I want to get a BC Card. Does anyone know if BC Card has an English number (or other information on how to get one)? I tried calling both numbers on their website, but it was all in Korean. |

i think bc card is one of the more foreigner-unfriendly cc companies here.
they do offer some pretty sweet discounts though that i haven't seen other places offer.
they upped my standard room at the millenium hilton a few months ago in bangkok to a huge suite for nothing. |

My regular Nonghyup bank check card is a BC card, though just not a credit card. I get the discount at ski lifts with it. I'll have to check in the Amazon shipping thing, that would be great. Paying on an American website with a Korean check card sounds like it might be full of difficulties though. |

I use my Korean credit cards on Amazon all the time with no problems.
I don't have a BC card though so will have to look into that just for the free shipping. |

i also order from the american amazon semi-regularly with a korean card with no problems. i have something en route now actually but the problem is that it takes forever and you have to make sure it stays under a certain price or it'll take even longer being held up at customs while they try to contact you in broken english asking you to pay the customs fee. |

If you have a Discover card (US), you can also take advantage of it. Discover and BC recently joined into some sort of partnership in Korea. |
