Just look for a locksmith. They're all over Korea.

The sign to look for is 열쇠.

Many of the places that make tojangs will also make keys. If you're unsure about your ability to communicate in Korea (or simply can't read hangeul), then your best bet is to go to your local Home Plus or E-Mart.

Just go into any storefront with a key logo on the window, point at your key, and say "copy juseyo?"

The word for copy is copy. But it's also how they say coffee, so you might get a steaming cup of java.
