I'm applying for a job that insists on seeing a copy of my criminal background check when applying. Immigration has it, so do I need to journey into Seoul to get it...or can it be sent to me at my school? I really don't have the time to run into Seoul. Has anyone gotten a copy of their CBC from immi. before?

Just did it two weeks ago for a new job.
When I called them on the phone they said they wouldnt do it w/o showing up in person. However, since its only about 10 minutes from my house it wasnt really a problem. I would take what the woman on the phone said to me with a grain of salt though since the man who processed my documents at immigration asked me why I didnt just request over the internet :p
At any rate, the place that makes copiies of that stuff is up on the 4th floor above the immigration office. Bring your passport ARC and a couple of bucks. |

Went today to get a copy of CRC and degree. Turned out it was on the 3rd floor and in the 서무실.
Turn right at the 3rd floor and walk to the doors at the end.
Fill in a form with name/address/what you want and then pay your 400w. Sorted. |
