has anyone seen a PS4 anywhere? the release date was december 17th but i've checked home plus, e-mart, hi-mart, costco but can't find one. i spoke to someone at yongsan a week ago and they said they ween't sure if they were going to get any.

Looks like the best price you'll get right now is 820,000 on danawa. I suggest you wait awhile. Wait for some actual games, too! Wait till spring, you may get sth around what you should, I think.

I heard that E-Mart and Homeplus will start selling them tomorrow- but I don't know which stores. I would check the biggest stores in your area tomorrow. If you can't find one there, Playasia has some bundles for around $600.

My wife found a list of outlets somewhere and all I can remember was that it was stupidly short.

My wife called everywhere in Gwangju. There was one Homeplus that got only one PS4 in stock. One PS4 for all of Gwangju. Guess the supplies in Korea are really limited right now.

Amazon has them in stock right now. $10 shipping to Korea plus import deposit. I decided to get 2 day shipping for $35. Total cost $541.

I just checked on Amazon- everything is sold out so I can't give you a link- but when I ordered it and put it in my cart it gave me a shipping quote of $9.95- or about that, can't remember exactly. That was for 9+ days shipping. I decided to choose the express option- 2-4 days for an extra $25 so I can have it for my vacation. I read that the next stock will come on Dec. 27. Hopefully you will get the same quote I did- I live near Gwangju but somehow I doubt it will matter much where you live in Korea.
