I am moving to Seoul for my new job, so my cozy apartment in Busan is ready for the next tenant.

Several advantages:

- No realtor's fee (because I paid it already, was 300.000)

- shorter contract (of course you can prolong as long as you want)

- Some of my things I can pass on to you upon negotiation (computer-desk, computer chair etc)


Basically you will be the new tenant instead of me, it means that you, me and the realtor will sit together and transfer the contract. He speaks perfect English.

- 20 qm - 1 living room, 1 bedroom. PLUS 1 foyer, 1 bathroom, 1 store-room

- Furnished, with washing machine, little kitchen, fridge/freezer, bed+mattress, TV, internet/cable TV box

- Only a few minutes walking distance to Gwangan beach. Gwangan subway station right around the corner. Buses to Busan station take only 20 minutes.

- the usual good infrastructure (homeplus, big-assortment supermarket 24h, a very low-priced gym)

- 8 months left until the lease is up. You can move in after December 23th

- Key deposit 9.000.000
- Monthly rent 400.000, including internet, water and maintenance cost

I just wanted to chime in, if this place is close to Gwangali Beach, then it is in one of the best places in Busan. That beach is awesome!! Stayed there for a short time back in the '90's and it's really laid back. I don't know about the apt., but what a great location!!
