I'm interested in buy a gift card or two for a Korean. I'm not in Korea and was thinking it may be possible all online. I was thinking of a gift card to department store like Lotte or Shinsegae or a coffee shop. Has anyone done it? Do I need an ARC number or Korean phone number (non at the moment). My Korean is decent and can decipher enough on web pages, but rather than going through that first I hoped someone would have already done it and could lead me down the right path. Thanks.

Try Gmarket. They do sell gift certificates.
