I heard that people in the army, located in Korea, can have things shipped for free from US to Korea - does that mean they can also have delivered goods duty-free?
somebody has more information about this? |

| Korean guys in the army can all the stuff they want from the US duty free. It a sweet deal. |

Yes.
The bases are considered to be US territory under the terms of the SOFA so unless they "sell the goods off-base" they are NOT considered to have been "imported" into Korea and are not subject to Korean duty, VAT or import taxes.
