Hello,
I recently finished my contract and I wanted to extend so that my end date would be more similar to my girlfriend's. My school was downsizing so that wasn't an option, but I was able to find a part time job for two months that worked perfectly for me. The only thing is that my visa expires soon. Currently, my visa expires on January 23rd, but I plan on working at this school until March 4th. What are my options? Initially I thought I could just switch it over to a D-10 visa, but I am not sure now. Does the school need to need to submit papers with me?
Obviously, I have really put this off and need to figure it out quickly. What is my best option? Any advice is obviously greatly appreciated.
