No. You're missing the point.......think about what you just asked.
YTMND nailed it in his previous post. That's the way it is. You get a flight home if you're going home, if you're not going home you aren't entitled to the cash value on top of your severance.
You are starting at a new school, make sure in your contract it states the school will cover your flight home (if you choose to leave once contract has been completed.) |
