In my early days in Korea:

Week 1 - there was a hole in the roof (with raindrops coming through) in the corridor of my apartment. I tell the janitor/handyman/sack of potatoes, and he brings a little bucket, for the drops to fall into.

Week 2 - the bucket is full so he replaces it with a much bigger bucket.

Weeks 3 - the ceiling caves in.

Korean logic/handywork at its finest. Shocked
