I'm wondering if it is possible to transfer from an H1 working holiday visa (I have an ARC card) to an E2 visa, and if it is, the requirements. Want to avoid a visa run if possible. |

Requirements are the same as an initial E2 application.
A visa run can be avoided by doing a change of status.

** : U.S. participants should be bona fide post-secondary students or recent graduates (within 1 year after graduation), and provide evidence of status from his/her post-secondary institution.
An H1 visa must be obtained in your home country.
