I always wash my hands and keep my chest covered in winter. Koreans can complain about feeling chupta with the windows open and wearing a thin stylish shirt all they want. I'll wear my indoors in winter to keep the chest warm. I seem to catch less colds than the native population. I must be doing something right.

(Well, that along with using some minimal heat at home in winter. Some foriegners aversion to using heat in their homes to save a few pennies aludes me.)
