This place is spacious for 1 person and can fit 2 people (Korean style, I guess). The bathroom is roomy in comparison to one-room sized bathrooms, I would say 1.75 bigger.

The officetel is located on the main road, which makes this place very safe at night. The first floor has a passcode lock so only people who live here can enter and a maintenance guy is here in the building everyday.

1 Minute walk to Bus Station and Village(Ma-eul/마을) Bus Station
