I need to change my drivers license address. Anyone done this recently? If I just go with my Alien Registration Card, then can they change it easily? I am afraid I will go and they might ask for other papers from the gu office or something.
Thanks,

I did it in the last week at my local Police Station (Seo-Gu, Incheon) and there was just one form (in Korean) and my ARC card.

You can change your driver's license address at the police station?
Do they mail you a new one with the new address.
Seems a bit odd that you don't have to go to the Driver's license department (department of motor vehicles).
Thanks for your info.
Has anyone else changed their driver's license address (at police station or DMV?)

Now that you mention it, I've never changed my driver's license address, but I've changed my ARC address so many times now, the back of it is covered in "sign pen".

Is this really a concern, or does the ARC card address really matter (which it does, I got warned the first time I didn't change it for a couple of months after moving) and the driver's license one not really matter? It's not like I've ever had to use my driver's license for ID or anything. Nor show it to a cop. Now that I think about it, it's done nothing but sit in my wallet since I got it.

I heard that traffic tickets are usually done by photograph and mailed to the violator. OK, seems like a strange reason for wanting to keep a driver's license up to date, but imagine going to renew and finding you owe years of penalties for a rolling stop years ago or something.
Also, I did have to use my driver's license as ID for a couple of years when I had no ARC (was studying Korean). So I want to update it while I have this chance.
