| I always use "Me and .......", never "........ and I", and I don't really care how it is supposed to be said. |

oh wow, thank you for your replies, i appreciate it.
you're free to judge my language skills from my posts, even if they're written in a sleep deprivated state withouth any proof reading, i don't mind.
thanks for the other ideas.
i might try china or thailand, will ask my chinese friends and my contact in thailand to advise me.
i don't need much money, i live a fairly minimalistic life.
this should just be a period of getting to know other cultures and earning a little bit of money. i just want decent work, where i have some free time to think and dive into the local culture. will probably study later, somewhere in this world.
i have a job offer from apple, i might ask them if i could transfer to honk kong or shanghai, not sure if they need me to speak cantonese/mandarin for that, but could be another possibility.
i'm determined to go to asia for a longer period, it's just not clear for me, how and when, so thank your for helping me in that process. |
OP -- Fliegen Sie nach Tokio oder einer anderen Japanischen Stadt. Da gibt es viele guten Jobs für Deutschen -- The Japanese have a few German language schools kicking around that would hire you on a working holiday visa. Also, you could probably find part-time YL work. Furthermore, ignore the trolls here attacking your language skills. Any good teacher knows that English as a Lingua Franca is en vogue these days. Mistakes are fine as long as we can understand each other. Enjoy my poor German |

You can probably teach private lessons to people in Korea who hire you and want you. Those who hire you will think you are qualified for their own needs and purposes.
Teaching English on your working-holiday visa would be a violation of your visa, but almost everything is a violation of the law and the laws are horrible themselves. If a Korean wants to hire you to further his education, that is his right. Baring him from educating himself so he remains ignorant is horrible.
I personally think you'd get farther with German lessons though. Smaller market but there's also a smaller supply of teachers. |
