Shampoo strips your hair & scalp of natural oils then conditioners claim to restore them, both products loaded with chemicals. Perfect consumer cycle!

Use a gentle shampoo, like Johnson Johnsons baby shampoo, or equivalent, but mix garlic oil into it. If you can find unscented garlic oil, even better.
