Has anyone done these? If so, what was included in each?

you pretty have to do the physical every 2 years, whats included depends on your age, but expect the typical chest x-ray, vision, hearing, abdominal ultrasound etc, if you are over 40 they try and get to do colonoscopy and endoscopy but you really don't need that, ladies can also get pap smears, mammograms etc
