You must not have been wearing your Star of Crosby that morning.

When koreans are racist to me I walk away. I always say please and thank you. I help out people if they need help. I am polite and Canadian.

Im from Canada.

This thread is confusing to me. Your just discussing how terrible we are and making fun of those of us who for whatever reason choose to put a maple leaf pin on their backpack. I didn't realize that was such an awful thing to do! I certainly am never surprised to see people of other nationalities do the same. Ive got a hat with a maple leaf on it here somewhere... I suppose if I learned one thing from this thread its that some Americians really hate us for wearing it... Perhaps ill leave it at home.. I dont want any trouble

A lot of my friends are from the USA and I often hear how its the best country for whatever reason. I hear that quite often actually. I also hear a lot of maple syrup jokes, imitations of that accent from southpark and once or twice mentioned that maple leaf pin thing. Its all in good fun though so its okay.

I have met the stereotype you all are discussing once or twice and they are embarrassing. Ive met some pretty obnoxious stereotypes from many countries...

Ive read a lot about our character flaws here tonight and I really don't see how many of them apply moreso to Canadians than other people.

So you met an arragont Canadian.. it happens I guess, theyre out there, shouldnt be surprised if that happens once in a while.

I am surprised by the arragonce in this thread though! Wow!

Are you not the person who started a thread saying we need to keep Koreans out of Itaewon? So, you are polite and racially patient as long as they know their place?

Yes! I love all people at first and let their actions towards me mold my opinion of them. Why? Just!

yes, letting their actions dictate your response is wise. So, did you meet all 50 million Koreans in a bar, or a coffee shop, or ....? You love everyone then hate everyone. Ahh..just like Jesus wished.
