It all comes down to the visa.

I have seen myself how easy it is to boost your pay once you are free of the E2 and that is just on a D visa.

You should count your lucky stars that Korea has such tight requirements coupled with a pathological fear of immigration.

Agree.

He should have began the poll with'
50 million - 59 million

and ended the poll with'
+200 million

He seems to think we are a bunch of drifters.

The nerve of the guy.

I made 100s of millions of won in blood money, refurbished BBQs, settlements from nuisance and class-action law suits, the Michigan bottle deposit scheme (the trick is to get one of those shipping tankers and fill it the month before Lunar New Year's- the mother of all Asian mail days), selling blood and a kidney, organized crime, and gambling. Oh yeah, and payouts from the Korean government, North and South for what I write here.

Yeah, I originally wanted to have more options with a higher income limit (over 200 million), but I ran out of poll options. I guess I should have merged the three lowest categories into a "Less than 40 million" category and made the upper limit "Over 250 million" or something, since so many posters here are seriously ballin' outta control.

Let's be honest here. People clowned your poll. To go on an esl board asking for people's incomes and then when you get the results contrary to what you believe, you put it out there that those people are potentially liars. What do you really want to accomplish with this? I know that you've said that you want to learn from others how to make more than you currently do, but...

Honestly, I did (and still do!) want to get advice/feedback from people who make more money than I do. Believe it or not, I have accomplished this. A few people have sent me informative private messages, which I appreciate.

I expected some people to clown my poll (that's pretty much inevitable). Those are the people to whom I referred as liars. Even so, I think that the majority of the responses given reflect the respondents' actual incomes, even those in the 150+ category, since I know that there are company workers, business owners, and the like who use this site. So it's all good.

I would like to thank you, Mr. Pink, and the other posters who responded sincerely and on topic.

You'd better have 100% proof for those accusations, or champion for truth and justice Wooden nickels will be on your case! Laughing

I don't like people like you calling others liars when they can't actually prove something. I like calling people like you out who try to make themselves feel like a big man by making others look bad.

Admit it. You can't 100% prove he wasn't telling the truth. That's right, you can't.

You said you like calling people out for accusing people of lying without proof. Like Fustiancorduroy just did. So I just assumed you'd be giving him the same treatment as you did me. Demanding an apology from him and stuff.
