No. You can only have 1 status of sojourn.
You CAN however ADD activities that are not covered under your status of sojourn (an E7 worker can teach at a university) by filling in the paperwork:
- addition of activity not covered under your status of sojourn
- addition of an employer-place of work
at immigration and paying the prescribed fee (120k).
