Nothing wrong with starting out at 40-50 thousand an hour. But after you get your foot in the door and make some contacts, 60-80 thousand an hour shouldn't be difficult with your qualifications. If you are really good and willing to put your work before everything else, you can probably land some 100 thousand jobs.

Your quals. without a TESL certificate may or may not get you into the door at a Korean university.

I'd say get a 120-hour certificate and get a few years of ESL experience under your belt.

Branch off into other stuff - TV teaching, owning your own school, etc.
