It's about the power of habit and uses the example of how Paul O'Neill turned things around at Alcoa by changing the way things were done, i.e., changing the culture there. It also shows how things happen from the top down when a strong leader takes charge. |

The book that is taken from is about 80+% fluff, but there are some great lessons in there that could be illuminating for a lot of people. He (and everyone who could use reading it) would be better served if the core material was available to read on a website. It's presented a bit like 'The Secret' or something, but it's really just a synthesis of case studies and behavioural psychology research as it relates to habits.
Edit: It would appear there are opportunities for further reading available. |
